Q2: in 1983, there were 95*0.8 = 76 million TV and those watching program y where 0.13*76 = 9.88, rounded to 10. Answer E
Q3: the percent variation between program x and y in 1983 is computed as \(\frac{0.155*20-0.13*20}{0.13*20}*100 = 19.23%\)
