Late fall 2018 application

I decided only recently that I wanted to Masters in Computer Science in US. But now that it's too late to apply, with most of the deadlines closed already, what is my scope of getting an admit in a good university for fall 2018?
Also in case I join a mid or low grade university, is there any chance to transfer to a different and better university ?
Are there any decent universities that still have their deadlines open for masters programs in the United States ?
I hold 4.5 years of work experience in it stream (data analysis).
I just started my GRE preparation.
Requesting for an advise as I am not getting any proper guidance anywhere else.

You should have in mind before which University aims for: on the west coast, on the east and so on.

It's probably too late for the US right now. It was late when I was applying which was like 2 months ago. There are always some spots left though if you are prepared to look for it
