Cannot complete a single section in time - help?

I've been studying several hours a day for 7 months now. My test is in 1 week.
I've taken 4 practice tests, and consistently - with every single section - go over time. I don't know what to do, or how to go faster. I review what I got wrong. I make notes on specific sections which I can use for future ones. I read subject primers. What can be done? I feel like I'm losing my mind.
I know this is very broad, so some ideas where I feel I'm losing time:
-I can get to "~65% comfortable" with the answer to a math question quickly enough, but that 100% takes me a while. Still, I am hesitant since I never know when I should be spending that extra time
-I often feel the need to run multiple scenarios in the math sections, since I never know when I should have checked more of them
-For the verbal, I often overthink RC questions. However, I never know which ones I shouldn't be overthinking, haven't been proven right in my deeper dives several times
-While my vocab is excellent, I can never quite clear the hurdle that I should feel confident about an answer, and indeed am often wrong. I know the vocab, but can only place it right maybe 90% of the time.
Ideas?
(Oh, and of course my scores are nowhere near where I want them)
