Hi. Congrats on your admits!
I think you got the considerations. There are obviously the biggest other question - who hires on campus and what are the chances of you being hired?
Other consideration is where you want to be in the long term and if Canadian residence is of interest/goal.
I think ESSEC is a great program and likely opens up a bigger job market but you need to speak French to get a job in France. I would say that Canada tends to be very open with their Permanent residency but the pay stinks.

Thanks! Absolutely, PR/ Citizenship is definitely an interest. I believe it is easy to get that in France as well. I didn't want to go to Canada because of crappy jobs and lack of opportunity after MiM. I'm keen on learning French, so that should definitely supplement. Are you aware of ESSEC's reach for job opportunities? I was not sure how popular ESSEC's brand is beyond Europe.
I think ESSEC has alum networks in India and a bit of Asia. It is not known in the US really.
I would not count on much outside of France really... I am sure there are some folks in Europe. I can tell you that all recruiting will often require knowledge of French unless you are heading over to Amsterdam or London (or maybe Frankfurt) but in general, you will have a lot more options if you are fluent in French.
