Answer: A.
Could you help me interpret the sentence? Particularly, I don't under what the phrase "look so far as the Internet to see" means.

If this is a sentence equivalence type of question shouldn't the solution be more than one? I'll try to give my explanation. the key to understand the text: "is anything but moribund" so you need something opposite of moibund, like prosperous. A is the best match

Except A all other words are more negative in sense. And as hinted that we need to find something which should be antonym of moribund, it should be a positive word. Hence thriving.
