Hi everyone,
I've been out of school for a few years now and took a practice exam from both GMAC and ETS. I'm hoping to apply to an MBA program. My dream/target school has the following GMAT/GRE Scores:
GMAT: 80% range - 590-740
GMAT: Avg Score - 670
GRE according to Admissions: 315+ to be in 80% range
GMAT Practice Score Breakdown:
420 - V19 / Q29 / IR 3
GRE Practice Score Breakdown:
V145 / Q 147
According to ETS my V145 is in the 40% percentile and Q147 is in the 25% percentile
According to GMAT research V19 is in the 19% percentile and Q29 is in the 15% percentile
This would make it seem I'm "stronger" in the GRE format based on percentiles and have better odds of getting a more favorable score on the GRE. Is my logic correct? I know I have some work and studying to do to get to my goal of 315 in the GRE or 670 in the GMAT, but I'm trying to narrow down where I should focus my studying. Which would you recommend?
Thanks!
