For verbal section if it suits you try doing the Text completion and Sentence Equivalence first and Reading comprehension at the end. As you can properly concentrate your energy on questions that are less dense than RC. Also TC and SE requires less time in answering over RC so spend not more than 1 min for one blank TC, two blank TC and SE questions.
If you are running out of time and you have a long passage you can also just read the first and the last paragraph of the passage to get the gist of the passage.
