The correct answers are A, C and E. We are searching for the numbers that leave 1 as a result. We have to consider that the number must be divided both for 12 and 8, in fact some numbers could be good for the first one, but not for the second one.
To obtain 1 as a reminder, we must search for the number right after the zero reminder. Starting from 80, the 81 is not good for the 12, by the way, continuing to sum 8, the first one correct is 97 (just because 87 is not good for 12 again). After all, the 3 numbers that respect the instructions, are 97, 121 and 145.
