From 2nd term in the sequence it's multiplying 1st term by 2 i.e.
2nd term = 3 * 2 = 6 (one 2)
3rd term = 3 * 2 * 2 = 12 ( two 2)
4th term = 3 * 2 * 2 * 2 = 24 (three 2)

Hence 20th term will be = 3 * 2^19 (nineteen 2) , option C
