Explanation
Take the expression
\(\frac{3^1^8 - 3^1^2}{3^5}\) or \(3^1^2\frac{3^6 - 1}{3^5}\)= \(3^7 \times 728\).
Clearly the highest prime factor of the expression \(\frac{3^1^8 - 3^1^2}{3^5}\) also is the highest prime factor of 728.
Try \(\frac{728}{19}\). Doesn't work!
Try \(\frac{728}{13}\). Works!
Hence D is the right answer.
