Explanation
Take the expression
\frac{3^1^8 - 3^1^2}{3^5} or 3^1^2\frac{3^6 - 1}{3^5}= 37×728.
Clearly the highest prime factor of the expression \frac{3^1^8 - 3^1^2}{3^5} also is the highest prime factor of 728.
Try 72819. Doesn't work!
Try 72813. Works!
Hence D is the right answer.
