The question tests the knowledge of the term Median.
Median represents middle value.
Here in this question, median value will be the one represented by the errors made by 50-51% employee.
Up to 3 errors, 41% of employees are done. Now then 4 errors are made by next 17% of the employees. They will represent our median value.
Hence median errors = 4
