Problems of this type (characterized by wording such as "at least”) are often most easily solved using the “1 - x ” shortcut. It is easier to solve for the probability of the event not happening, because it is easily defined: both numbers come up odd.
The probability of each number coming up odd is 3/6 Since the two dice are independent, the probability of both coming up odd is 1/2 * 1/2 which equals 1/4 so the probability of getting at least one even number is 1-1/4 or 3/4
