QUANTITY A: 30/31 of 31/32 = (30/31)(31/32) = (30/31)(some number less than 1) = some number less than 30/31
QUANTITY B: 30/31

We can see that
A = 30/32 ==> and B 30/31
and by applying the fractions rules, as the denominator gets bigger the value of fraction reduced.
B is bigger than A.
