The only time the number of hours spent on schoolwork increased was from 1990 to 1995, and the number of hours spent on leisure decreased from seven to six in that time period, thus B is true. The amount of time spent on paid work in 2000 was six hours, which is not twice as much as the four hours spent in 1995, thus C is not true.
