.01% = .01/100 = .0001
If we multiply with 1000000 then
Our value:0.0001*1000000= 100
A). 0.000025*1000000= 25
B). 0.00025*1000000= 250
C). 0.0025*1000000= 2500
D). 0.025*1000000= 25000
E). 0.25*1000000= 250000
If we plot all the values in a number line then 25 will be the nearest one from 100(our value).
So, The answer will be A
