A and B are correct, but not E, why E listed as correct

Sorry Guys. I check the question out well. I had missed E as choice.

It is not \(\frac{25}{100}\) but \(\frac{25}{200}\)

:)

E is among correct answers now, since its corrected
Before it was 25/100 (but later it corrected as 25/200)

Which of the following is equivalent to \(12 \frac{1}{2} %\)?

Select \(all\) that apply.

A. \(\frac{1}{8}\)

B. \(0.125\)

C. \(\frac{125}{100}\)

D. \(12.5\)

E. \(\frac{25}{200}\)

Kudo for the right answer and solution

I think the question stem should mention " (25/2) % , i.e. twelve and a half %"
otherwise, the option D is only equivalent option.
am I right?
