Some students may find it easier to solve this question if we rewrite all of the values with four digits to the right of the decimal point.
In other words we are looking for answer choices that are less than 0.2160 (which is equivalent to 0.216)
A. 0.2106 is less than 0.2160
B. 0.2159 is less than 0.2160
C. 0.2161 is greater than 0.2160
D. 0.2166 is greater than 0.2160
E. 0.2200 is greater than 0.2160
F. 0.2210 is greater than 0.2160
Answer: A, B
