rate * time = work
Randy's rate is 1 instrument/11 hours and Liz's rate is 1 instrument/10 hours.
If they are working together, their combined rate is (1/11 + 1/10) instruments per hour.
time = work / rate = 1 / (1/11 + 1/10) = 1 / (21/110) = 110/21 = 5.24 hours
