For Unique (One solution):
\(\frac{a_1}{a_2} ≠ \frac{b_1}{b_2} ≠ \frac{c_1}{c_2}\)
For No solution (Lines are Parallel):
\(\frac{a_1}{a_2} = \frac{b_1}{b_2} ≠ \frac{c_1}{c_2}\)
For Infinite solutions:
\(\frac{a_1}{a_2} = \frac{b_1}{b_2} = \frac{c_1}{c_2}\)
Here,
\(\frac{1}{2} = \frac{-1}{-2} = \frac{3}{6}\)

x = y + 3

(2) 2x = 2y + 6
So, (1) and 2 are identical.
There are unlimited number of combinations which meet the equation.
For example, x = y + 3
x,y = (0,3), (1,4), (2,5) , (3,6), (4,7)....
Hence the answer is D):
