Its just a 3 second question.
Note that the sum of the remote interior angle is equal to the exterior angle
Thus x+y=z
If we know the above theorem, the question becomes very easy.
As x+y=z, Qty A=Qty B
IMO C

If someone isn't familiar with the remote interior angle theorem,
Let's say the third angle of the triangle is 'w'
x + y + w = 180;
x + y = 180 - w;
z + w = 180;
z = 180 - w;
Hence, x + y = z;
