There's also another rule to make sure whether or not the unit digit is 0 which is called (5*2) pair. If you find one pair of 5 and 2 that means the number ends with 0 for sure!
In this question 25 and 24 provide the minimum requirement of 5*2 pair, as Brent mentioned above.

Simply try to find a 5 and a 2 in the units digit.
We have two options here, 4*5 or 5*6, pick your jam.
Now that we have a 0, ignore everything else and just compare with the other value given.

Here, Qa=Qb ; C is the answer.

The answer is C.

y has two even numbers, so it is a multiple of 2. Y is also a multiple of 25, so it is a multiple of 5 as well. Since it is a multiple of 5*2, it has to end with a zero.
