Sides of the rectangle are in the ratio 3:2. Let the sides be 3x and 2x.
To find the total frame length required, we need to find the perimeter of the rectangle.
Perimeter of the rectangle = 2*(length + breadth) = 2*(2x + 3x) = 2*5x = 10
Given that length of the smaller side is 15 => 2x = 15
so, Perimeter = 10x = 5*2x = 5*15 = 75
So, answer will be E
