Suppose each of 11 gets 20, then maximum prize one could get = 240 - 11*20 = 20.
A could be an answer, isn't so? Wait, let's look at the remaining 8 winners.
The remaining prize $360 must be given to 8 winners.
Again, suppose each of 7 gets 20, then maximum prize one could get = 360 - 7*20 = 220. Oh!
Hence, D is the correct answer.
