The two equal angles in this triangle tell us that we have an isosceles triangle.
This means the sides opposite the equal angles will have equal lengths
This means AB = AC
However, the question does not ask us to compare the lengths of AB and AC. It asks us to compare the lengths of AB and BC.
This means there are several possible isosceles triangles to consider.
Here are two:
In the triangle on the left, AB < BC (in other words, Quantity A is greater)
In the triangle on the right, AB < BC (in other words, Quantity B is greater)
Answer: D
