Argument task-Of the two leading real estate firms in our town—Adams Realty and Fitch Realty—Adams Realty

The author makes the recommendation that to efficiently sell homes with good prices, people should choose Adams Realty. To support this recommendation, the author claims that there are more real estate agents in Adams than that in Fitch Realty. Further, the author argues that the revenue of Adams last year is greater than that of Fitch. At the same time, the amount of home sales of Adams is also greater than that of Fitch. Moreover, author uses himself as an example to state that Adams Realty is greater than Fitch Reality. However, it does not constitute a logic argument in favor of its conclusion, and fail to provide convincing support to make the argument be sound and invulnerable.
For the first place, the author makes an assumption that there is no difference in professional level between agents of Adams and Fitch Realty. The author assumes the state agents in both Realties have the same professional level so that if the number of estate agents of Adams is greater than that of Fitch, then Adams Realty is greater than Fitch Realty. However, it is not always correct. For example, all the agents in Fitch Realty are the top agents of the country, and work in a high efficient status. They can solve very hard problems faster than the speed of agents in Adams Realty so that they can be in part-time job. If it is the case, we cannot conclude that Adams Realty is better than Fitch Realty by simply comparing the number of agents they have.
For the second place, even though the author may be correct on that the agents of Adams Realty have the same level of profession as that of Fitch Realty, the author implies that the condition of last year is the same as that of current year. However, this assumption is not always right. For an instance, it is probably that Adam Realty just began its business last year, then most of the people in the town wanted to try something new so that the revenue of Adams Realty is better than that of Fitch Realty last year. If it is possible, then we cannot use the data from last year to make a conclusion about this year.
Finally, even if the author may be true about the assumption that the condition of last year is the same as this year, the author implies that his case can be generalized to all people in the town. However, it is not always correct. For example, the home the author sold one decade ago on Fitch could be worse than the home the author sold on Adams last year. For that matter, even though Fitch has very great agents, they cannot sell the home quickly because the home is so bad itself. As a result, we cannot make a conclusion that Adams Realty is better than Fitch Realty from the personal experience of the author.
In a nutshell, we cannot conclude that people should choose Adams Realty but not Fitch Realty from the assumptions the author implies. In order to make the conclusion be viable for me, author needs to prove that the conditions of different years of both realties are the same. Further, the author also need to prove than the home the author sold out on both realties are the same. Finally, I need more information about the things that can confirm the professional level of agents in both realties.
