As the question suggest |organs >> small glands >> cells >> synaptic spaces| indicate body parts is getting smaller and smaller So, A is correct
The author‘s popular history about adrenaline presents an awkward but (iii)___ study of science history. looking back on details of old stuff i.e illuminating
now 2nd blank is very easy
