Say x = total number of church members.
\(\frac{3}{5}x \) = total male members, so \((1-\frac{3}{5})*\frac{3}{5}x = \frac{6}{25}x \) = number of male members who did NOT go to church.
\((1-\frac{3}{5})x = \frac{2}{5}x\) = total female members, so \((\frac{2}{5})(1-\frac{7}{10}x) = \frac{6}{50}x = \frac{3}{25} \)= number of female members who did NOT go to church.
The fraction of male members who did not attend out of all of the members who did not attend =
\(\frac{6}{25}x / (\frac{6}{25}x + \frac{3}{25}x)\)
= 6/9 = 2/3
