For this kinda question we will always have 4 sets of value of xy.
1.At first multiply vertically: 15.......xy.......88
2. cross multiply: 33......xy.........88
Basing on these values you have to pick a choice that covers all these 4 values. Only option C works.
Thus the best answer is C.
