Took GRE for the third time to improve my quant scores and iam still unhappy and stuck with the scores

These are my Quant scores in the 3 attempts - 162, 162 & 163
My verbal score is close to 160 and ok, btw.

In my first attempt, i had 2 quant sections and were similar to ets powerprep.

So, i took 2nd attempt believing that the quant section would be easy.
But I was quite blown away. I had 3 quant sections in my 2nd attempt.
The 1st quant section had very tough (GMAT like) questions.The 2nd & 3rd
sections were easier than 1st, but still had tough questions.

I had 3rd gre attempt this week. Was little shocked to see 1st section as quant,
as I would have to face 3 quant sections and probably as difficult as my 2nd GRE attempt.
The 1st quant section had tough (GMAT like) questions. In the 2nd quant section, the first 6
qusetions were easy; just as started thinking that the 1st section would've been experimental,
I started seeing tough questions again!..
I was expecting the 3rd quant section to be difficult too, but to my surprise it was the easiest
among the 3 sections!
Now, Iam quite confused as the difficulty level is supposed to hike as you progress to the next
section!!

Has anyone felt that quant is tough in GRE, especially the ones who had 3 Quant sections.
I guess you're a bit unlucky if you get 3 Quant sections?!
