Same - cant register for the exam for 2 weeks now, there is only one place left at this point and the system keeps kicking me out at the last step of registration. After selecting free study materials I press NEXT and the message I get on the next screen is:
Sorry we were not able to process your request, please try again. If this problem persists, please contact Customer Service with the following reference number.
Reference Number:XXXXXXXXXXXX
I wrote to GRE Support and all they recommended is to use the latest version of Google Chrome or Microsoft Internet Explorer and either using a desktop or laptop.
dont know what to do now
