If 3/4 are full-time women employed, that means 1/4 are NOT full-time
And considering that over all the women are 1/2 and we are looking for those full-time we do have 1/4 of 1/2 =1/8

If \(\frac{3}{4}\) of women are employed full-time then \(\frac{1}{4}\) of the women are not employed full-time.
