In this question , considering that we have a wide range of numbers in both intervals, the best way to solve the question and see the number that is IMPOSSIBLE to have.
In other words, find out the number that we will NOT have instead to see what we could have.
The only number is -6 because the first interval has -2 has the lowest extreme but the second interval y is < 3 NOT \(\leq\)
