Because this is a numeric entry question, there can be only one correct answer. So, plugging in any prime number greater than 2 for b must yield the same result. Try b = 3.
If a = 16b and b = 3, then a is 48. The factors (not prime factors) of 48 are: 1 & 48, 2 & 24, 3 & 16, 4 & 12, and 6 & 8. There are 10 distinct factors.
