\(21000 = (3)(7)(1000) = (3)(7)(10^3) = (3)(7)(2^3)(5^3)\)
This means he must have participated in at least \(8\) rounds (\(1 + 1 + 3 + 3\))
But, what if he participated in a round but did not finish in top four position? Like he participated in a round but ended up at \(5^{th}\) position, he will not get any score
