This question asking for the probability based on the condition that all answers are selected randomly.
the probability of randomly selecting True as the answer to a question is 1/2.
Probability of answering 6 questions as True out of 6 is (1/2)^6 = 1/64
Probablity of Answering 7 questions as true out of 7 is
(1/2)^7 = 1/128
Since 1/128 <1/100 <1/64 is greater, the answer is 6
