Hi,
You have a strong profile and relevant work experience it thing you have a strong application. A few things to focus on:
1. Try and reduce the CV size to 2 pages and follow an academic format. This CV is great for a job application but Grad schools are not that interested in the minute details.
2. In your admission essay be specific about the field in Biomedical engineering that attracts you the most. You CV doesn't outline that clearly.
With a good admissions essay, you should be fine.
