Make Sure You Have Solid Evidence for Correct and Incorrect Answers in CR Questions
All too often, people approach GRE Critical Reasoning questions by feel. In other words, people often pick answers that seem right and eliminate ones that seem wrong. Such an approach does not work well.
Instead, it’s important to realize that for each GRE Critical Reasoning question you’ll face, there will be clear, logical reasons why the correct answer is correct, and clear logical reasons why each incorrect answer is incorrect.
Therefore, with each practice question you work on, you’ll want to take the time to ensure that you see why each correct answer is correct and why each incorrect answer is wrong. Studying in this manner will help you to become a master at solving GRE Critical Reasoning questions.
As you work through the following CR question, take the time to understand why the correct answer is correct and why the incorrect answers are wrong.
