To find one of the possible areas, draw out a 10-10-12 triangle.

Notice how one side is 10 and half base is 6. Therefore, the height must be 8
So the area is \(\frac{1}{2} b \times h\)
\(\frac{1}{2} \times 12 \times 8 = 48\)
