From the argument, it can be noted that:
i) nurshing homes range from 3 to 5 stories i.e. the nurshing home buildings are either 3 or 4 or 5 stories.
ii) in the nurshing home buildings, if the nurshing home is above the first floor, then the nurshing home has fire escaps.

so from i and ii, it can be conclude that the the second floor nurshing homes has fire escapes.

E is the answer

Not really.

The questions over the years shifted in longer stems and complexity.

However, it is still an official question that is gold for practice your critical reasoning skills.
