text Completion: Let's say I have a sentence with 3 blanks. I answer 2 correctly and one incorectly. How many marks do I get? (2 marks or 0 marks?)
In a similar vein,
Sentence Equivalence: if I do not select the correct pair. Instead,I select one correct word and one incorrect word, do I get partial marks?
I want to understand the marking scheme for GRE
the same applies to quant questions with more than one correct answer.

Hello Kanav,
For all the cases you have described with partial correct answers you get absolutely no marks in GRE.
In GRE every question is marked for 1, so either you get all the blanks right and get 1 point or you make one mistake in even one blank or pair and you get a 0.
This marking system is consistent in all standardized tests like GRE and GMAT.
