Resulting three digits number will be multiple of 9. So it will be divisible by 9. Any number which will divisible by 9, sure all it's digits add up a number which is divisible by 9. As we have 10 total outcomes ( choosing a digit from 0 to 9). But only when we take 1 for ten-digit of the three-digit number, then this three-digit number is divisible by 9 (819 => adding digits, 8+1+9=18). So probability, 1/10=0.1
