Since there's an upper limit of 30, the range is determined by the lowest age possible. We get this case when 2 people are 30, then the other 2 people have a combined age of 12. In the most extreme case, the lowest age is then 1, and then the range is 29, greater than 25, but in another extreme case, the other 2 people are both 6 so the range is 30-6=24 which is less than 25. So cannot be determined
