We write
10 = 2x5
25 = 5x5
45 = 3x3x5
The largest number that is in all these numbers is 5 so D is the answer.

So i'm not sure if the GRE unanimously agrees on saying the word divisor solely or if they also ask for the factor. It's the same thing so it's best to know that a divisor also means a factor. This is asking for the Greatest Common Factor which means they want to know what they all have in common that is the greatest value. The way i like to figure this problem out when the numbers are nasty is to find the prime numbers that make up each integer they're discussing. So 10 has a 2 and a 5, 25 has two 5's, and 45 has two 3's(9) and a 5. Notice the greatest prime number they all share is 5? That's your answer!
