Based on this information, I would suggest that you submit Score 2, which has a higher quant score and a slightly lower verbal score. The reason is that MBA programs usually value quant skills more than verbal skills, as they are more relevant for business analysis and decision making. Moreover, the difference between your two verbal scores is not very significant, as both are above the 80th percentile according to the [GRE score percentiles]. However, the difference between your two quant scores is more noticeable, as the first one is below the 70th percentile, while the second one is above the 70th percentile. Therefore, Score 2 may give you a slight edge over Score 1 in terms of your overall profile and competitiveness.

Of course, this is only my opinion, and you should also consider other factors, such as your academic background, work experience, essays, recommendations, and interviews, when applying to MBA programs. The GRE score is not the only criterion that matters, and you may still have a chance of getting admitted with either score, depending on the quality and diversity of your application.
