Starting today, we lunch the GRE
Cerberus project. I did always love this legendary figure.
Every other day, which means
Monday - Wednesday - Friday we are going to post 3 Text Completion 3 blanks - or multiple of three - that are always at least 4 or 5 in terms of difficulty on the GRE scale 1 (easiest) through 5 (hardest)
It is crucial to tackling this kind of beast for the following reasons :
- Pick a 3 blanks question correct - which is easier to say than done - is useful as a backup or conservative strategy. Think that in the first section of the GRE exam you will have at most 1 3 blanks. However, the second section if the first one went for the good, probably you will meet 2 3 blanks questions. Now, suppose you get a very super-tough Rc passage with which you do not know how to do. Completely lost. You can make educated guessing for the RC passage BUT nail the 3 blanks could permit you to achieve the highest score.
- This type of questions help you to train to get more comfortable with a 1 blank or 2 blanks question. Solving 3 blanks will make you in a position to solve the first two types in an easier way.
- We do love the challenges and what best of 3 blanks ??
